Lara is a communications professional with proven experience strategically driving companywide goals and objectives that increase employee engagement through the execution of innovative integrated communications campaigns and programs. At Desert Schools, Lara partners with executive management to create and deliver comprehensive, strategic messaging programs and campaigns across all levels of the organization. She also oversees, executes, and manages corporate-wide recognition efforts, and manages the organization’s Best Places to Work program.
 
Lara holds a B.S. in Communication from the University of Arizona and has worked in various areas of Marketing and Communications throughout her career. Outside of work, Lara is a proud book nerd and blogger, boy mom, rescue boxer mom, Beantown lover, and avid Instagrammer (the kind that will photograph her food before she eats it. #dinnergram).
