Laurel Dzneladze is part of the newly formed Customer Success organization at Microsoft. As a Customer Success Manager for Modern Workplace, Laurel is a digital evangelist, employee experience advocate and change champion. Her background in internal communications and HR gives her the ability to understand the needs of organizations in a continuously evolving digital space. She works to help organizations adapt to new technology and face the struggles both employees and leaders have in communicating in a modern workplace.

With more than 10 years working on digital transformation initiatives, most recently at Whole Foods Market and previously at tech and a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, her collective experience working with Microsoft tools and understanding business outcomes is what led her to the Customer Success role at Microsoft.

Laurel is an avid yogi, podcast addict, and wanna-be-baker in her free time and loves exploring Austin with her husband and two kiddos.
